The Chaffee Food Court started with a cashier and a countertop hot dog roller—and grew into a Fort Chaffee tradition. Soldiers training here got used to grabbing pogey-bait, a new pair of socks, and a Chaffee Dog while checking out. Today, we’re still serving that same hot dog, but now you can grab wings, pizzas, salads, and toasted hoagies too. It’s not gourmet—but after a long day in the field, it hits the spot.
Snacks that give back
As part of the APEX enterprise, all profits from the Food Court support the Arkansas National Guard Foundation’s mission to assist guard personnel, retirees, veterans, and their communities.
